I began my journey in the world of Pilates at the age of 17 after a knee injury forced me to consider sports. After exploring a wide range of sports, from swimming to weightlifting, in search of strength and control over my body, I discovered Pilates. It was at that moment that I truly began to understand the impact that posture has on the body and mind.
Posture became the axis of my transformation. I realized that good posture not only corrects the body's mechanics but also has a profound effect on stability, strength, emotional well-being, and self-confidence. The more my posture improved, the more changes I noticed, both physically and mentally. My body began to align, and with it, my self-esteem strengthened.
I trained in classical Pilates in Miami, and upon finishing, I already had my first job. Gradually, I noticed a pattern in all the people I worked with, regardless of their age or physical condition: posture was always the starting point for improving their health and well-being. Good posture provides stability, which not only improves body mechanics but also has a direct impact on the mind and self-esteem.
My focus on posture not only attracted women but also began to attract men interested in improving their physical performance, including high-performance athletes and professional soccer players. I discovered that posture was key to their success: it provided them with better stability, greater strength, and flexibility, which translated into superior performance.
Today, I primarily work with women, offering private classes where we analyze and correct posture because I know that is the starting point for transforming their well-being. Additionally, I organize beauty and wellness retreats where we work on the body, mind, and skin from all angles. These retreats, which have been successful for years, are a space where women can pamper themselves, connect, and learn to love themselves.
The way to develop musculature, from balance and with stretching and strength, was the cure for all my ills, the key to maintaining the healthiest posture, and the key that made me passionate about teaching.
Driven by an enormous need to help others cultivate health, I developed a method born from experience, anatomical knowledge, intuition, and observation.
Traveling around the world to update myself with teachers who inspire and excite me is part of my work.
Moreover, collaborating with health professionals: osteopaths, physiotherapists, and even neurologists enriches me when it comes to finding solutions and offering another level of treatment.
I believe that the posture of our body affects us physically and emotionally. Our lives are subjected to changes and pressures that constantly throw us out of harmony: correcting it is therapeutic, it has changed my life.
Every day I see that this frees people and I am passionate about being able to
offer these tools.
