After years of experience and collaborative work, Xavi, a physiotherapist specializing in health and rehabilitation, and I, as a conscious movement specialist, have created this project with a clear purpose: to improve the quality of life of people of all ages by helping them reconnect with their bodies and understand how they work.


Our online workshops are designed to help you learn to move safely, efficiently, and mindfully. Through practical and educational sessions, we'll work on three fundamental pillars of physical well-being: stability, strength, and flexibility.

The combination of our knowledge will allow you to:

Activate and strengthen the deep, stabilizing muscles of the body.

Prevent and relieve pain caused by lack of mobility or poor posture.

Improve your mobility and posture so that every movement in your daily life is more fluid and effortless.

Create a healthier and more conscious relationship with your body, understanding how it works and its needs.

Our approach is based on the science of movement, physical therapy, and body awareness techniques such as yoga and Pilates, always prioritizing safety and respect for your limits. We want you to find genuine support in this space toward physical and emotional well-being, learning to take care of yourself from the root.
