After years of experience and collaborative work, Xavi, a physiotherapist specializing in health and rehabilitation, and I, as a conscious movement specialist, have created this project with a clear purpose: to improve the quality of life of people of all ages by helping them reconnect with their bodies and understand how they work.
Our online workshops are designed to help you learn to move safely, efficiently, and mindfully. Through practical and educational sessions, we'll work on three fundamental pillars of physical well-being: stability, strength, and flexibility.
