My Story
I began my journey in the world of Pilates at 17, after exploring a wide range of sports, from swimming to weightlifting, in search of strength and control over my body. Despite my efforts, I remained little more than skin and bones.

However, everything changed when I took my first steps in a Pilates class. At that moment, I knew I had found something that would transform my life forever. I vividly remember my instructor's words, who prophesied that this would be my path forever. At the time, I thought he was crazy, as I was starting my career in industrial design.

My teachers were always dancers, which led me to understand the body in a completely new way. I decided to dive even deeper into this world and began studying classical dance.
I lived with constant pains in my back and knees and visited several doctors looking for solutions, from surgeries to invasive treatments. Although their approaches varied, they all agreed on one crucial point: the need to develop musculature between my bones and skin.

Despite years of weightlifting and hours in the gym, I had not seen significant improvements. However, with Pilates and classical dance, I finally began to understand my body and work on it properly.
Unfortunately, an episode of overconfidence in my yoga abilities resulted in serious injuries, including cervical hernias and knee problems. It was then that I understood the importance of strengthening my deep muscles with Pilates before venturing into other sports.
I decided to take control of my destiny and strengthen myself. The injuries would not stop me in my quest for well-being and strength.
